At the top of his game, Rich doesn’t take his success for granted and considers himself a passionate student of this ever-changing industry.

As the son of a business owner, Rich inherited the guts and resilience it takes to succeed in self-employment. After graduating Kean University in 1994 and gaining valuable work experience at Merrill Lynch, he ventured out on his own.

In 1998, he co-founded Realty Management Services (RMS), one of the largest independent residential real estate appraisal companies in New Jersey. As the company grew, he saw a need for streamlined services, and in 2004, he co-founded RMS Title Services, offering clients the convenience of ordering title and appraisals from one trusted provider.

Rich successfully steered both companies through a series of volatile market conditions, including the challenging 2001-2005 housing bubble and the subsequent 2007-2008 financial crisis. These tumultuous periods provided him with invaluable insights on anticipating market fluctuations and adeptly adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Rich’s ability to stay ahead of the curve has been honed through firsthand experience and serves as a testament to his adaptability and foresight. At current count, RMS has closed over 20,000 files and completed over 150,000 appraisal reports.

Rich is a New Jersey State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Title Producer. His valuation expertise has allowed him to train many new successful appraisers and to be a featured speaker at countless real estate events for realtors, lenders, investors, and homeowners.

Beyond his success as an entrepreneur, he serves as the chairman of two charitable organizations: JAR of Hope and the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation. Rich is a family man and enjoys playing golf, poker, and competing in fitness races.
