She earned her degree in Business Management from Ocean County College, providing her with a solid foundation in organizational leadership and strategic decision-making.

Lisa honed her customer service expertise during her nine-year tenure with Prudential and High Point Insurance Companies. This experience cultivated her ability to deliver exceptional service and develop strong relationships with clients.

In 2007, Lisa embarked on a new chapter in her career at RMS, starting as an administrative assistant and closer for the Title Department. Through her ambitious spirit and unparalleled work ethic, she quickly earned a series of promotions during her 15+ years with the company.

Recognizing her aptitude for leadership, Lisa transitioned to the appraisal division in 2009, assuming the role of lead processor. This position allowed her to delve into the intricacies of the appraisal field while gradually taking on managerial responsibilities.

Currently, Lisa holds the esteemed role of office manager and Chief Financial Officer for RMS. In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the back-office staff at one of the largest independent appraisal firms in New Jersey. Her remarkable multitasking abilities and implementation of efficient systems have been instrumental in maintaining high production levels while effectively managing expenses, contributing significantly to the company’s success and continuous growth.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lisa is a devoted wife and mother of two. In her limited free time, she enjoys invigorating morning walks, indulging in reading, and savoring moments of relaxation on the beach.
